The Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce hosted its Women Who Shine Pre-Party on January 28th at GUESS Beverly Hills, an evening that brought the community together ahead of the upcoming Women Who Shine celebration happening this March. As one of the most active and longstanding business organizations in the region, the Beverly Hills Chamber maintains connections among local professionals, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders. Founded in 1923, the Chamber has spent more than a century strengthening the local economy through advocacy, education, and events that highlight the businesses and individuals that make up Beverly Hills. With over 150 events held annually, from networking mixers to large-scale community galas, the Chamber creates one-of-a-kind opportunities for visibility and collaboration.
The Women Who Shine Pre-Party demonstrated this by providing a place for business leaders to exchange ideas and celebrate the women who contribute to the community. The Chamber, known as the voice of business in Beverly Hills, supports hundreds of organizations across hospitality, finance, beauty, health, retail, technology, and other major industries. Its involvement in economic development and government affairs ensures that businesses have the support they need to thrive in a competitive environment. And as part of these efforts, gatherings like Women Who Shine promote the achievements of local women as well as the Chamber’s support of leadership and community engagement in Beverly Hills.
The cocktail-style pre-party on January 28th was a relaxed environment for Chamber members, local business owners, and guests to interact while learning more about the annual Women Who Shine event. From 5:30-7:30 PM, attendees enjoyed music from a live DJ, sipped on cocktails, and formed new business relationships. Throughout the evening, waitstaff circulated with trays of beverages, small bites, and desserts, contributing to the social atmosphere. Guests also had access to exclusive one-night-only discounts from GUESS, with special pricing on handbags, clothing, and select accessories.
The pre-party was an introduction to what Women Who Shine represents: confidence, leadership, and the importance of celebrating women throughout the Beverly Hills community. Guests spoke with Chamber representatives to learn what to expect at the March event and to explore opportunities to participate, including sponsorship, attendance, and event support. As a special pre-party benefit, attendees who purchased their Women Who Shine: International Soirée ticket during the event received a complimentary half-page advertisement in the Chamber’s digital event catalog.
In addition to offering a preview of the gala, the evening reaffirmed the Chamber’s dedication to uplifting female entrepreneurs and professionals. Through programs like Women Who Shine, leadership roundtables, and specialized networking groups, the Beverly Hills Chamber continues to lift the voices that contribute to the city’s economic vitality. These efforts align with the Chamber’s ultimate goal of helping businesses connect and grow within the greater Los Angeles area.
The official Women Who Shine Gala will take place on March 18th, 2026, from 5:00-8:00 PM at The Maybourne Beverly Hills. The 4th Annual Women Who Shine: International Soirée will begin with a cocktail reception in the Foyer, featuring champagne and hors d’oeuvres. Guests will then transition to the ballroom for an uplifting program highlighting women who contribute to the cultural and economic success of Beverly Hills. The evening will conclude on the Garden Terrace with food stations and desserts.

This year’s featured speaker is Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, co-founder of OPI and a well-known female leader in the beauty industry. Weiss-Fischmann played a significant role in turning OPI into one of the world’s most recognizable beauty brands, combining fashion with color to create a global brand known for creativity and self-expression.
The Chamber looks forward to welcoming the community in March for a celebration of the women who help Beverly Hills thrive.
